Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who we are
Embrace Your Chaos is a trading name of Tom McGinn, a sole trader based at 644 Lincoln Rd, Peterborough, PE1 3HJ, England. You can contact us at support@embraceyourchaos.co.uk. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Embrace Your Chaos, and "you" means the person using this website or buying from us.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use this website, join the Community Membership, buy our books, or use our AI tools. Some services, such as Vibe Coding sessions, standalone website builds and Done For You work, are quoted separately; these terms apply to them too, alongside anything we agree in writing. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
3. What we offer, and what we don't
We provide education, community and tools for neurodivergent entrepreneurs. We are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advisers, and nothing we provide is professional advice. Results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot promise any particular result.
4. Community Membership
- Price: £34.99 a month, or $49.99 a month if you pay in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- Billing: your first payment is taken when you join, then on the same date each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.
- What's included: access to the online community, courses, templates, live sessions, the podcast, our AI companions and a member website (see section 5). We keep improving the membership, so content may change, but we will not remove its core features without telling you first.
- Access: after you pay, we email you how to log in at community.embraceyourchaos.co.uk. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your junk folder, then email us.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will email you and try again. If we still can't take payment, we may pause your access until it's sorted out.
- Price changes: we will email you at least 30 days before any price change. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it starts.
4a. Founding Member (lifetime)
- Price: £600, paid once, or $799 if you pay in US dollars. There are no monthly payments. This offer is limited to 50 places in total.
- What's included: everything in the Community Membership described in section 4, including the member website in section 5.
- What "lifetime" means: your access lasts for as long as we run the Embrace Your Chaos community. If we ever close it, we will give you at least 3 months' notice by email.
- Your 14-day right to cancel: if you are a UK consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of joining. Because access starts straight away at your request, we will refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the days you had access.
- Founding Member access is personal to you and can't be transferred or shared.
5. Your member website
- While your membership is active, we build and host a website for your business as a membership perk. You can update it yourself through your dashboard.
- The website, its design, template, code and hosting are provided to you under licence while you are a member. They remain ours. It works like a website-builder subscription: you use the site, but you don't own it.
- The content you give us (your text, logo, photos and business details) stays yours.
- When your membership ends, whether you cancel or payments stop, your website is taken offline at the end of your last paid month. If you ask within 30 days of it going offline, we will send you a copy of your content.
- If you connect a domain name that you own, it stays yours. We simply stop pointing it at the website.
- If you'd like us to make changes for you, that is our Done For You service, charged separately.
6. Cancelling your membership
- You can cancel at any time by emailing support@embraceyourchaos.co.uk. We will confirm your cancellation by email within 2 working days.
- Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We don't refund part months, except where the law says we must.
- Your 14-day right to cancel: if you are a UK consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of first joining. Because your membership starts straight away at your request, we will refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the days you had access.
7. Books
- Our books are digital (PDF). They are for your own personal use; please don't share or resell them.
- If a book is available now, we email you a download link straight after you pay.
- If a book is on pre-order, we take payment when you order and email you the book as soon as it is published. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before we send it, and we will refund what you paid for that book.
- Because books are digital and sent to you straight away at your request, once the download link has been sent you lose the usual 14-day right to change your mind. If a file is faulty or won't open, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
8. AI tools
Chaos Troll, Ember and our other AI companions are AI tools, not people and not therapists. They can make mistakes, so check anything important before relying on it. If you are in crisis, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK, or 911 or 988 in the US and Canada.
9. Community rules
Our community only works if it's a safe place. Please be kind and respectful. Don't harass anyone, share other members' personal details or stories outside the community, spam, or sell to members without permission. If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, we may suspend or end their membership. If we end a membership for this reason, we will refund any time already paid for but not yet used.
10. Our content
Our website, courses, templates, books and other materials belong to us or the people we license them from. You may use them for your own business. Please don't copy, share your login, or resell our materials without our written permission.
11. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profits or opportunities), or for decisions you make in your business. Our total liability to you for any membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.
12. Other websites
We link to other websites and partner offers, such as Tradify. We are not responsible for their content, products or terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects your membership, we will email you about it first.
14. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first at support@embraceyourchaos.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right.
